Policy on Payment: payment is always due at the time of cleaning. We give a grace period of 1-2 days for the email invoice for only those who don't pay a set amount each time and send a check or use a bank bill payer service once their credit is established with us.
All new clients are required to use a credit card to "hold" the cleaning with a deposit of no less than 80 dollars for a super tiny place to normally 200 dollars for most average locations. Or, cash or check BEFORE cleaning starts for the full estimated amount. This is mandatory for move out cleanings too.
Anything 3 weeks late will incur a 50 dollar fee and an additional charge of 20 dollars per month additional until paid in full.
BOUNCING CHECKS - THERE IS A $50 FEE NOW FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS OR ANY REASON A CHECK IS REJECTED.
WE TAKE CREDIT CARDS ONLINE NOW - VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD SO GO TO THE PAGE WE HAVE SET UP IF YOU WANT TO USE A CREDIT CARD or email or call us as we can process using Square now. THERE'S A 3.5% PROCESSING FEE - WE DON'T SEE THIS OR GET THIS AS IT GOES RIGHT TO Square and GOOGLE AND YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
THERE IS ALSO A $80 MINIMUM CHARGE FOR 2 CLEANERS AND $120 FOR 3 CLEANERS FOR ANY VISIT REGARDLESS OF TIME.
We ask that you pay on the day that service is rendered, either by check or through your bank electronically.
We take personal checks when services are rendered, as well as electronic bank checks from your Bill Payer service - no account number needed.
